I occasionally breed my Labradors and consider myself to be a responsible breeder which is why I joined the Kennel Club Accredited Breeders scheme. Being a member of the scheme means that I have to follow the Kennel Clubs strict breeding guidelines, my breeding facilities can be inspected by the Kennel Club at any time. I think the scheme gives people who are considering buying a puppy confidence that their new puppy has had the best start in life.
